Overall, it was okay. I liked it more than I expected in some ways, but at the same time I kept thinking it could’ve been better. Nothing was really terrible, and I’d maybe try it again, but I also wasn’t exactly impressed.

Got my refund after a few days, took a little longer than I hoped but all good in the end

The site was easy enough to use overall, but it felt a bit clunky in a few spots. I got through what I needed to do, though there were moments where I was worried I might lose progress or spend more time than necessary figuring things out.

I don’t care how easy the company makes it sound in their nice little product description, cleaning this after every single use is a hassle. It’s annoying enough that I started using it less just to avoid dealing with the cleanup.

I tried contacting wagsupply about my order and didn’t get much of an answer. I waited a few days thinking someone would follow up, but nothing useful ever came through. At this point, I’m not sure I trust their customer service to actually help when there’s an issue. Frustrating experience overall

I gave wagsupply.com a try once, that’s probably it for me. The shipping took longer than I expected, which was annoying, and when the item finally showed up, it felt a lot cheaper than I thought it would. Maybe I just had bad luck, but still, not really worth ordering from them again in my opinion.

I tried returning my order and it ended up being way more annoying than I expected. Replies took maybe a couple days each time, the instructions weren’t really clear, and I still had to follow up more than once to get things moving. After all that, it just didn’t feel worth the hassle for me.

I ordered from wagsupply and the product did help my dog a little, but not as much as I was hoping for. Shipping was fine and the order arrived without any issues, so no complaints there. For the price, though, it felt average to me. Maybe it works better for other dogs. One thing that did annoy me was how pushy the reminders were after I ordered, way too many messages, and they felt kind of aggressive.

I measured my dog twice and ordered exactly according to their size chart, aka the “trust me bro” chart. Somehow the harness was still way too tight around his chest but loose in random places, like it was designed for a mystery-shaped dog. It looked nothing like the photos once it was on him. Returning it was its own little “customer service adventure” too. Maybe it works for some dogs, but for us the sizing was a total joke.

The site looks fine at first glance, but I just never felt totally comfortable ordering from them. A lot of the info wasn’t very clear, and I felt like I had to keep digging or explain the same concerns over and over, which got irritating. Maybe they’re legit, but the whole experience felt a little off to me, so I don’t think I’d be in a hurry to buy from them again.

The delivery was reliable overall and showed up around when I expected it. I still don’t fully trust their customer service if something goes wrong, but at least this order went smoothly

I ordered a dog bed and a couple of small toys from wagsupply.com, and the shipping itself was fine, so I can’t really complain about that part. What annoyed me more was having to wait in a customer service queue when I had a question, it took way longer than I expected just to get a basic response.

The bed looked a lot nicer and thicker online, but in person it felt flimsy. After about a week, the stitching was already starting to come loose, which was disappointing. One of the toys also got torn up really quickly, and my dog isn’t even especially rough with his stuff.

Maybe I just ended up with a bad batch, but for what I paid, I expected the quality to be better. Between the product issues and sitting around waiting for support, I don’t think I’d order from them again...

I placed my order earlier in the week because I needed everything by the weekend, but when the package arrived, two items were wrong. One was a different size than what I ordered, and the other was something I never even picked. I went back and checked my confirmation email right away, and it definitely wasn’t my mistake. It was frustrating, especially since I didn’t have time to reorder or fix it before I needed the items. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again

The prices are okay overall, but this could be a bit cheaper. It’s not terrible or anything, just one of those things where you feel like it should cost a little less.

I ordered from WAGS and the material just didn’t feel great. It was thin, kind of rough, and not really what I thought I was getting. After only a little while, it already started looking worn, so... yeah. For the price, the quality just felt cheap to me. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I ordered from WAGS for my dog and everything showed up packed nicely, with no leaks or anything damaged. I’m always a little cautious about pet stuff, but the labels were clear and everything looked safe and legit. Checkout felt secure too, which I appreciated. Shipping took a little longer than I thought it would, so I’d probably give it 4 stars, but overall I had a good experience and would consider ordering from them again.
